At K-Technics, we design revision controlled schematics with highest accuracy levels, and highest readability. This means our schematics symbols, schematic component placement and wiring of the circuit is done in such a way that it increases the readability of the Schematics. Printed Circuit Boards
Designing multilayer printed circuit boards of Class 5 and above, using BGA components, controlling impedance. We develop in accordance with the IPC standards, adhere to design-for-test (DFT) and design-for-manufacture (DFM) requirements, analyze signal integrity (SI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal conditions throughout the entire design cycle.
We additionally give our pcb customers, 3D step models and 3d pictures of the board so that our customers can see the pcb for fitment problems before actually sending the design for manufacturing. Our Customers can import our 3d step model into their CAD tools for integration and validation of the PCB Design with their mechanical design.
